The company initially began exporting a variety of consumer goods, and, gradually, expanded its scope of business activities to the present notable measurements. NOVIZ Inc. is a renowned supplier of polymers (HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP, PS). The products are imported from Russia , Ukraine , the Czech Republic , Serbia , Egypt , and more. The warehouse at the customs (“C” type) that Noviz possesses helps to ensure prompt deliveries of different grades.

Since 2002, NOVIZ has produced polymer bags in its own facility in the village of Trud (some 7 km from Plovdiv ). The facility is highly equipped with high-speed machines from Taiwan and Turkey . The production comprises (HDPE) polyethylene bags, with/without an advertising stamp, shopping bags, and rubbish bags. The waste material is recycled on the spot.

Based on the production and marketing experience gained, NOVIZ Inc. is planning to expand its business activities with the production of new kinds of polymer bags. In this regard, the company is seeking suitable partners for the launching of a new production line . The company has purchased a land lot of 7 thousand sq. m in the southern part of the industrial zone in Plovdiv .

NOVIZ Inc. is the official importer and distributor of a wide variety of electric appliances, generally defined as home and hotel electric appliances , tanning beds , SPA equipment , cosmetic devices . They are produced by major European and American companies, leaders on the respective markets. The brand portfolio of Noviz Inc. comprises:

  • Dimplex (Germany) – heating appliances, air screens, heat pumps;
  • UWE (Germany) and Alisun (Holland) – tanning beds;

The trade activities are realized through a network of suppliers and direct sales, as depending on the respective product and brand policies. We regularly exhibit at specialized trade fairs ( Plovdiv , Sofia , Varna , etc.); we visit work visits to major European trade fairs and exhibitions.

In 1997, NOVIZ Inc. constructed and opened a small four-star hotel in Plovdiv . This was one of the first four-star hotels in the city. In 2005, Noviz Hotel was the second hotel in Bulgaria that was managed with a quality control system, certified under ISO 9001:2000 system.

Building entrepreneurship is a comparatively new sort of activity performed by Noviz Inc. A land lot was purchased in 2005 in the very center of Plovdiv; the construction of an eight-storey luxury building for business purposes was commenced. The investor of that project was Noviz Inc., and the construction work was assigned to “Sienit”, a building company. The total amount of funds invested in Business Center Plovdiv exceeded EUR 3.5 million. Business Center Plovdiv was built in just 300 days, with its official opening on 28, June 2006. It is now the first and only Class A building for business purposes in Plovdiv.
