The first association of Noviz Ltd. was founded in 1991.
The company 's initial field of activity was export of goods , mostly products of the Bulgarian light and food industr y, to Tatarstan, Komi and other republics and regions in Russia and Ukraine. The company began import of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) from “Kazanorgsynthesis” (Tatarstan). A significant part of th i s good wa s re-exported to Turkey, Greece and Macedonia .

Intercontact Ltd. began working with the Bulgarian Center of Industry in Moscow on the complete covering of costs of Russian business delegates to the autumn exhibitions at Plovdiv International Trade Fair.

Cominvest, Inc., invested in the construction of a seven-storey, four-star Palm Beach hotel complex in Zlatni Piasatsi (350 vacancies). A modern sports-entertainment-and-business center was additionally constructed the following year.

ALISUN (The Netherlands) provided Noviz Inc. with exclusive rights to trade in their tanning beds on the Bulgarian market.
The company has its own production facility in the village of Trud (located 7 km north of Plovdiv ) where production of polyethylene bags has been going since 2002.

Leading producer of infrared cabins, based in the Netherlands, HEALTH Company authorized Noviz Inc. as its exclusive representative in Bulgaria .
One of the major producers of high-premium tanning beds, based in Germany , UWE authorized Noviz Inc. as its exclusive representative in Bulgaria .
Noviz Inc. acquired a terrain in the center of Plovdiv . “ Business Center Plovdiv ” investment project was commenced. The investment amounts over 3.5 m euros.
