Noviz Inc. is among the founders and one of the major shareholders of Cominvest Inc. , Varna , established in 1997.

In 1998, through a privatization trade procedure, Cominvest Inc. purchased two hotels in Zlatni Pyasatsi resort: the three-star Palma and the two-star Lazur. In 2001, for a span of 5 months was reconstructed the 70-vacancy Lazur hotel, and on its place was built the 7-storey four-star Palm Beach hotel complex (350 vacancies). A modern sports-entertainment-and-business center was additionally constructed the following year.

The four-star Palm Beach now has 143 double rooms and 15 suites. Each room/suite has a spacious balcony, a bath, central air-conditioning and central heating system, telephone sets (one in the room and one in the bathroom), a satellite TV set, a refrigerator and a mini-bar. The suites have additional facilities. Through the windows of the hotel building, there is a wonderful view of the sea and the park (the hotel lines to the very front).

The main restaurant of the hotel complex has 150 seats. In the complex, there is a night-and-day lobby bar, a bowling bar , and a sky-bar, with an open and a closed section, which is located on top of the building and functions as a night bar.

The sports-and-entertainment center at Palm Beach comprises an open and a covered swimming pool with mineral water, a balneological complex (electro-therapy, water-therapy, inhalation procedures and massage procedures, a General Practitioner is available 24 hours), a sauna and tanning beds, a modern fitness center, massage and cosmetics rooms, x-treme bowling with 6 professional-play tracks, billiard and gambling machines. For those who like to experience the extreme, there is a paint-ball playing field open all round the year.

The Palm Bowl X-treme bowling club has six professional-play tracks. Skilled tutors train children and adults (both beginner's and advanced levels). The special prizes and discounts system is functioning.

The opportunities that Palm Beach hotel complex has to offer, in terms of a number of public forums, attract organizers of conferences, symposia, seminars and other business events, who seek for complex service at a professional level. The conference hall is multi-functional; it has a capacity of 250 seats and an exhibition area of 400 sq. m. The larger meeting hall has a capacity of 70 seats; the negotiation room – 20 seats. Social events halls have a capacity of 20 to 250 seats.

There is a modern office center working during such events; the office center renders various services, such as: high-speed internet, E-mail, copying and scanning services, international telephone services, etc.

“Palm Beach” hotel complex has been distinguished by the Ministry of Economics in Bulgaria and by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (BHRA) as the winner of “Best Holiday Hotel in Bulgaria” (2003) prestigious national award.

Palma Hotel

The tree-star Palma Hotel is situated in a picturesque park in a central “Zlatni Pyasatsi” (Golden Sands) area, some 250 m from the beach coast. The hotel has a capacity of 101 double rooms and 8 air-conditioned suites.

Round the hotel, there is an open swimming pool (incl. a section for children), a children's playground, a summer pool-bar, a tennis court, BBQ, a private car-park, and a paint-ball playground.

All hotel rooms have balconies, mini-bars, TV sets with satellite programs, telephone sets, and bathrooms.
