Quality equipment – the key to a successful SPA
It is admirable to notice how swiftly the term Spa&Welness made its way into Bulgarian language and earned popularity! If spoken some 3 or 4 years ago, these words would sound weird and somehow exotic, as most of the people in Bulgaria had never heard them before.
However, this situation is quickly gaining a new outlook, which is proven by the great number of Spa hotels and centers, founded in the past couple of years or so. It is Noviz Inc. that have played a significant role in making Spa services popular in Bulgaria . They have been dealing in import and distribution of equipment for Spa complexes for some ten successful years now. Ivan Fratev was born on 13 October, 1970, in St. Petersburg . He graduated with the English Language High School in Plovdiv and “International Economic Relations” at UNWE ( University of National and World Economy). Yet before graduating university, he became a shareholder and Executive Director with “Leader”, Inc. He worked as procurator at “Interlease Auto” – Plovdiv branch (2004) and Burgas branch (2005). Mr. Fratev is one of the founders of “Round Table” Club in Plovdiv . He was President of the club, as well as President of “Round Table” for Bulgaria .

A company based in Plovdiv invests over 10 million dollars in three hotels
Over 3 million dollars is the investment in Palma Hotel and Palm Beach Hotel in Zlatni Pyasatzi (Golden Sand) resort and in Noviz Hotel in Plovdiv from 1997 until now. The bases at the seaside are owned by Cominvest, Inc., and the one in Plovdiv – by Noviz Inc. a company based in Plovdiv . The announcement to “Dnevnik” was made by the Executive Director at Noviz Inc., Mr. Lyubozar Fratev. His company is a shareholder with Cominvest.
